Happy Father's Day!
Fun with Daddy on his special day!
Papa Jones, Daddy, and Papa Snyder

Swimming with Grandma Snyder
And the after-party;)
Brooklin had a little accident at her sitter's house...
water + concrete floor = trip to the ER

Poor baby! Doesn't even look like her, does it?!
After the trip to the ER, the doctor's office 4 days later, and another trip to the hospital for x-rays, it ended up not being broken! Thank God! We were told to watch the swelling and if it didn't go down within the next month, that she would possibly need to see a ENT doctor and possibly surgery. We've been praying a lot that the swelling would go down, and so far, I really see a major improvement. Got to love the power of prayer!
Dreaming about the game already...that's my girl!
Brooklin and Papa's doll...best of friends
The La Porte County Fair

No trip to the fair is complete without a blow up monkey, right?!?! Couldn't pass it up:)...she loved it!

Brooklin has continued to increase her vocabulary and animal sounds...amazes us all the time with her ability to imitate what we say. She has learned to say "love you" which of course melts my heart! She can make a fish face, neigh like a horse, and sniff when she hears the word flower. She has shown us that she is a little bit of drama every once in a while, with her new found sense of independence and knowing what she wants to do and what she doesn't want to do. Anything asked in a questioning tone will get her response of "noooo"...AND we are pretty sure that she is practicing for a future career as a WalMart greeter. She says "hi" to everyone!...and will continue saying "hi" until she gets a response. She has learned to jump...not much of a vertical yet...but at least she keeps from falling on her bottom...most of the time. Brooklin now knows to put up one finger when I ask her how old she is. I do have to say "one" and then she puts it up...pretty proud of that though. She's stubborn, strong, smart, and full of life! I couldn't ask for a better little girl...sometimes a better behaved little girl;)...but never a better little girl. I think God found me the missing piece to truly make my life happy! We are a perfect fit:)!
Please remember to keep the Jones family in your prayers! And I hope you enjoy the new pics!!
